🎨 GPT Artist Journal + GPT code for Markdown

**🔗**This is a post of me asking for GPT prompt recommendations. I am slowly building a prompt workflow to analyze my journaling that is customized to me.

🖋️ Personal Reflections

🌱 also use GPT to create coherent and pleasing markdown for posts.

💡 this process is helping me mentally, financially, and teaching me GPT prompt programming.

📝 I am going to try and document this more often, however I fight my autism and ADHD on this…

GPT4 for journaling, emotional and creative ideas – no third-party apps

Prompt engineering

Has anyone set up a system with GPT-4 for analyzing their daily journal entries, especially one that doesn’t involve third-party apps?

I’ve looked around on Discord and Reddit but haven’t found much. Ideally, I’d like to keep adding to a single journal file with dated entries, then periodically run it through GPT-4 for insights. My journal captures not just my day-to-day reflections, but also my sketches, notes on my emotional well-being, and my ongoing research into my autism and ADHD.

Does anyone have suggestions for effective prompts? Or has anyone already established a similar journaling analysis setup?

STOP – the above is the result… below is the beginning.. I know confusing(welcome to my brain!)

so the above was from a journal. I though -I just need to make this a blog post with GPT. So I realized I needed to make it look better. I made a GPT prompt for Markdown. This is what I used for the above:

I used this GPT prompt to create the Markdown for this post!!

design a pleasing markdown design for the text below. this will be for a blog. Whenever I use “^” it will represent a new idea. please use corresponding emoji too. Do not rewrite the text, I just want it reformatted into a nice page design. Do not give me Markdown code. I just want to see the design, as if I was looking at the blog. Text=
